I totally agree - thought I tend do put D&G in that category of lacking artistic vision too. Prada they ain't. VB makes Good, Nice clothes.

Don't they design The Row's collections?
I personally don't think sewing ability is a prerequisite for being a good fashion designer (at least, not for all designers.) As Azzedine Alaia once said, "Karl Lagerfeld never touched a pair of scissors in his life. That doesn't mean that he's not great, but he's part of another system."
Unless there is another racist tweet I haven't heard about, aren't you getting Kabaeva mixed up with Irina Rodnina?
Is it just me or does she look and sound totally different in this ad to how she does on TDS?
I agree it looks unbalanced somehow. I don't even like sleeveless blouses with saris. The only time I've worn a sari without the traditional blouse was when I went with a black lace 1980s long-sleeved bustier. It got compliments but was pretty cheesy.
Check out the Hôtel de Crillon's Bal des Débutantes. Some of the dresses are really amazing (lots of Haute Couture) and there's also a healthy dose of nasty train wrecks.
In 1993 Honi Soit ran an image of a flaccid penis on their cover and received zero complaints.
I believe they are Stella McCartney.
But with gel nails you have to put your hands under after each coat (and there are three coats).
Sadly they make all their money off the fugly purses, not the gorgeous clothes.
Ever since I heard Liz Lemon pronounce his name "Dah-nahl Glover" I can't say it any other way. This is a serious problem for me.
It seems so bizarre though - would airports present anything close to a cross-section of society.
"a matched group of women surveyed in a university setting and at the airport." The airport thing immediately makes me suspicious of this study's merits - what could possibly be the point of surveying women there?
Really? I think she looks cute - very Marc by Marc Jacobs
I dunno, Hedi Slimane has been considered a total wunderkind by the fashion industry for ages (though this collection might change that). And brawling with a broadsheet is very different to dissing Vogue (something I can't imagine him ever doing).

Probably not Kate Upton - http://jezebel.com/5885352/victorias-secret-says-kate-upton-will-never-walk-in-its-fashion-show.
