I drive a 2008 CTS in Orange County. I have friends who driver Uber Black in S class Mercs, series beamers, and Range Rovers.. You should be doing great with tips- and, as I am sure you know, that is where the money is.

so you are supposing it costs upwards of twenty bucks an hour in costs when you drive rideshare? Hardly. And all costs incurred are healthy tax right offs to boot. You should NEVER drive a new car for the gig or even one with payments. If you are prepared to hustle and work all the peak hours is financially very

That is per household. I know Uber drivers making 75k after car costs. Two people in the same household would be over the poverty line. Lazy drivers who want to work day time and don’t focus on making tips are the ones having a hard time. It is a great hustle. I love it.

Most of the food and sauces come in frozen. Go to Smart n Final and pick up some frozen pasta and cook it yourself.

As with all technology, it will improve- and recent history dictates it shall do so quickly. I suspect this is a smart marketing notion for Hyundai- but the potential is there within a handful of years for this to become standard.

Why not a 3-year-old Jaguar XJR- they can be nabbed with 35, 000 miles on them as 36,000-mile lease returns fo0r between 35 and 40 K

So, drivers gave up, a day’s work for their 15-25 dollar bonus! I get bonuses and promotional money from Uber weekly. Plus, those drivers gave up a shift that will bring in 25 bucks an hour for it (Costs vary by the driver- but you should never buy a new car to drive...). Becoming an employee helps the unsavvy driver-

Wednesday mornings during the commute is actually busier than a Saturday night. And the reason we don’t quit is because we make more than people think.

I have ran restaurants most of my life- and only discovered one server doing this. They are more likely to copy your numbers if you hand them your card- but, again, very rare in the scheme of things.

And we have a federal and state background check done. If you have so much as a speeding ticket you will  not qualify.

I get to write off 59 cents a mile- you are allowed one mile for every mile you have a rider. Car washes, a meal a day, driving shoes, cell phone are all tax right offs. My car was worth 11 grand when I started two years ago- now it is worth 8. I am in a co-op with other ride share drivers for insurance. If I made ten

That is bulls—t. There are several companies doing rideshare. They compete to keep prices down. I average 26 bucks an hour driving for both of them.

I average 26 dollars an hour driving for Uber.

With Uber you get the price before you accept the ride.

I made 80 grand driving forty-five hours a week last year with Uber. It is a living wage.

I made 80 grand last year driving for Uber. And, here in California, many taxi drivers switched to drive rideshare.

Most drivers have them already- at their own expense. You are a fool to drive without one.

Most Uber drivers do have cameras. I caught one rider denying a claim and Uber sent them the video. More riders try to scam drivers than visa versa. We need cameras for our safetty.

As taxi drivers are far more expensive and have less scruples?
