Re-playability is not JUST being able to replay a game and still enjoy it (I can do that with a lot of games that would be considered non-replayable) but being able to go back and make completely different changes while still sticking to the basic story line.

@manastone: I saw some subtle hints as to what to do in the game, (Such as where to go in this sequence)....but every BioShock game is generally open world.
