@HanJeSu: It's a tight one until after the inmate is done.

Oh yeah, let's send actual soldiers and risk our soldiers' lives. Good thinking UN.

To be honest I found the Rock n' Roll part of the episode to be reminiscent of the Left 4 Dead 2 finale. I started laughing as Barry started laughing and that slightly scared me the way the game did that.

Multiplayer would take away the feeling of shitting myself when taken spawn behind me. What am I going to be when I'm against Alan Wake, a fucking train car that disintegrates in light?

@willyt9: You should. Rather than reveal what is going to happen in later on in Episode 3, it reveals what had happened at times when AW wasn't there.

The first episode was a good ease-in for what is to come later into the game. Not too hard and not too easy, yet just enough to get through the basic mechanics of the game.

Why would I go for the DMR when I can just use my magnum? Also, sprint + Double melee is THE MOST CHEAP thing ever.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 was a let down. I'm done with CoD completely and I'm moving on to other multiplayer games, namely Halo Reach, BFBC2, and Red Dead Redemption.

XIM360? Plug in any gaming peripheral into your computer and map any button to that peripheral. I think that is like his gaming godsend until MS allows custom remapping.

Obviously when a game is just released into the beta there is going to be a bit of lag. Then Bungie reacts, fixes server-side issues, and all runs smoothly.

@Booshit: "Players in these countries will also be able to purchase an unlimited access version of the game directly from Blizzard for a price comparable to the U.S. price of $59.99."

I've been playing with my friends since day 1 of open beta. Aside from the matchmaking issues on the first day, everything has been going smoothly. I hope they include an option to play a specific mode in the beta (SWAT anyone?) because there are some modes I would rather avoid, though I understand that they need to

I'm glad we can laugh about glitches now....
