The 6th generation of accord was junk.....The auto trans was notorious for going out, the intake manifold was prone to clogging in a few spots, etc,etc,etc...For years i owned one...it was such a waste of money that car....It eventually killed itself and is probably in a junkyard by now...

I had a 98 accord sedan with the 3.0 v6..sunk a ton of money in it being dumb and all the sudden one day it started running rich. Soon after that it started to misfire but only now and then...About 2k later from taking it to various shops and whatnot i gave up...
