Ehh... You’re using their site to share the link. Might as well let them make a few pennies off of it. It doesn’t cost you any more money either way.
I guess the production company who declined to purchase my life story when I shopped it around thought they could get away with plagiarizing it if they made the show in Denmark. Does anyone know a good Danish IP lawyer?
So publishing writing on the internet is “nothing” now? Certainly more than your lameass comment.
There’s no endpoint on progress. Not when it comes to science and not when it comes to diversity. That’s not a bad thing.
a couple miles outside
I knew that had to be it. Total Sorkin joke.
My church has been doing members-only, RSVP-required masked up, socially distanced outdoor prayer for a couple of months now. It’s a small enough crowd that I feel comfortable going when the weather is decent enough.
I don’t really know who any of those people are, but I’ll take your word for it if you say that it’s become de rigueur now. Seems plausible and a smart thing to do. Honestly, public figure or not, everyone should be checking their own history and scrubbing it of anything that could be taken out of context even if they…
Completely unintentional. What did I say? Was it my misspelling of physics?
That would be nice, but I get the impression that the people he replied to were either cool with it because they knew he was being ironic or not at all cool with it but not comfortable saying anything.
There were only a handful of tweets that I saw and they were buried in replies to other people and several years old, so I don’t see any reason to think the people who worked with him would have known. I don’t know about you, but I don’t generally search people’s Twitter timeline for slurs they may have used years ago.
Reasonable or not, there were a lot of people in the comments defending his described actions and saying that he was right to treat his child that way, that it was a good way to educate her.
I can definitely see why someone would think that. But I do believe him that he was intending to be sarcastic. Some of the accompanying tweets are no longer available, but if you look at the larger conversation, you can recognize the sarcasm. Though that doesn’t make it okay at all. And you’re right that he likely has…
Was it that close? I’m pretty sure if it was some secret government facility far away from DC. Or do you mean to her apartment to get the useless tinfoil armor?
The peen? Is it the peen?
Not only that, but the rules weren’t consistent. Pedro Pascal gets to dictate and change the terms of each wish at will when the stone was allegedly bound to trading the thing they wanted for the thing they care most about. People only get one wish until the plot needs someone to get a second one. All the wishes come…
Medium-key at best.
“I need to get somewhere far away fast and my pilot boyfriend is gone. I guess I’ll just teach myself how to fly on the spot.”
Inspiring story of a woman overcoming obstacles. Would make a much better film than Wonder Woman 1984.
