Yeah, I'm just not sure what it is. Angular designs in particular don't tend to look good in white, but Camaro just pulls it off perfectly.

I don't, and won't, look at engines from a simple standpoint of hp/liter. It's simply a nearly meaningless metric, as there are far, far to many other variables that affect engine performance and quality that override the mere measurement of hp/liter. Also, the V8 Vantage is lighter than its immediate counterparts,…
I love SBCs, but no. Just... no.
I could give a shit about what Pagani uses; Pagani had to use AMG engines because he couldn't afford to develop one his own. Aston Martin, on the other hand, has already delivered a stunning 7.3 liter V12, but flat-out refuses to use it in anything now that the One-77 is out of production. The V8 they already have is…
Laugh if you want, but I've always been a fan of the Ford Five Hundred. It wasn't a looker of a car, but it was reasonably handsome, and it has actually aged surprisingly well. It wasn't fast, but it wasn't half-slow, either. It rides extremely comortably, handles as well as anything you would expect in the category,…
Having driven one, I agree with the assertion that driving one is, essentially, the ultimate digital experience. I agree that it is essentially the doctoral thesis in the field of creating the ideal Japanese performance technology. It's a road-going F-22.
You know, all those years ago, you were the first person I ever heart-clicked. This little retort is exactly why. Thanks for making me laugh on an otherwise lousy day.
In one, simple word: You.
It's somewhat better than Marek Reichmann's recent work. Not that that's saying a whole lot.
I've always thought that the Mini Clubman was one of the coolest cars around. It just big enough to actually practical for carrying something other than a box of Crayolas in the back, but still small enough to be decently quick and handle well.
They're around out west. SoCal is a fantastic place for cars to simply thrive. It's actually kind of funny; everyone makes fun of how shitty GM cars from that era used to run, comparing them to Toyotas or what not. But the honest truth is that in the ideal conditions found in SoCal, an 80s GM econobox will run poorly…
How could I, sir, how could I?
You know, you may laugh, but if you look back in what everyone seems to think is the dark ages of the American automobile, you'll find quite a few little gems that may not have looked like much, but were pretty damn hot little cars for their time, and some of them are still popular today because of their potential.…
Nothing a Cosmopolitan mind can't handle.
The Northstar V8 remains one of the most fantastically smooth V8s I've ever experienced. They had their issues if not maintained properly, and their stat sheet numbers were never stunning, but they were fantastic and very advanced engines. I've always wanted to throw one in a custom 2nd-gen Camaro.
Well done.
Wait, you mean the hunches and industry expertise of a bunch of internet twelve-year-old equivalents might be wrong? You mean that there is more to life and automotive enthusiasm than ridiculously tired "beige" insults, and "mAnUAlz and rWd foR Lyfe!!!!" comments?
