You get 17-inch wheels and ventilated disc brakes in all corners with the S, and 15 inchers with rear drums on the base model, but "Vehicle Stability Control (VSC), Traction Control (TRAC), Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), Electronic Brake-force Distribution (EBD) and Brake Assist" comes as standard, just like the

I do. And I almost went crazy when I saw that one

Oh, I meant that he could keep the car and I'd take the woman. A woman is far more important than a car

He can have the car.

Right? I never did get that. It was one of a million little things about that movie that just killed it. If Khan can beam himself from Earth to Q0'Nos, why couldn't Kirk? If the goal was to kill Khan, why not just beam the weapons there?

"On my planet, it stands for hope"

We are commenting on a website of childish mentalities. You had to know comments like RXEIGHT's, KStrom's, etc. were coming, right?

You say that. Let's see how that would work out for in you real life. Like, say, maybe when you have a wife, a kid, a bum knee due to an injury, or other notable things to take into context.

As we sometimes say here in the United States, six of one or half a dozen of the other. In other words, it all amounts to the same thing at the end of the day. I understand your preference for how his name ought to be transcribed. But remember, it's not how the man's name is transcribed that matters; it's what he did

Yeah, and...

The Japanese have long since taken the traditional American style of size and flashiness to its logical conclusion: the Dekotora.

Right? I feel like my inner-16-year-old would be cringing at me right now. But, then, my inner-16-year-old was a goddamn dumbass that was driving an automatic at the time, so fuck that dipshit.

No, I won't try to convince you of that. As it stands, your philosophy exactly right. Love cars and everything that has to do with them, but never let the car define you. You define the car, and that's all there is to it.

At the end of the day, it's just a car. An inanimate object on wheels. It's not special; rather it's the memories and the people behind and around it that are special. The car is just along for the ride, so to speak.

Agreed.

There's a "yo dawg" joke in here somewhere. Don't try for it, though. It would only ruin it.

Fair point on the Hyundai Genesis R-Spec. In fact, I think in terms of size and power, it's far and away the closest competitor to the SS. It also starts at $46k.

A true competitor has to be in the same size, power, price, and niche - which knocks six of the cars you listed right out of contention, as they are premium luxury sedans, and also priced, at a minimum, $15k higher. That leaves the Dodge, Chrysler, and Taurus SHO.

Damn straight. This is why you were the first person I ever heart-clicked on this site, all those years ago.

And the Charger R/T is significantly less powerful with less content. GM has already indicated that this car will only be sold full-loaded, hence the price. The Charger SRT8 would be comparable in terms of power and features, but it starts at a smidge over $46k.
