We’ve had it in Canada for years.
The “Chip and Pin” stories are those where I sit back and confuse myself thinking that they must be talking about something else, because sure the americans MUST have had debit/credit card chips for YEARS now!
They should consider themselves extremely fortunate. It’s not often that box-office flops like that are afforded a sequel. Frankly, I’m surprised. :-/
I usually avoid the whole superhero thing. But that looks awesome. (With the exception of the for-some-reason-obligatory overly raspy voice denoting “this character is a dark and troubled tough-guy) — In their defence, it was only at the beginning and they toned it down later. But seriously, did he really read his…
The whole “Jon Snow” thing is the absolute worst kind of pedantry.

Is THAT what the problem has been?! I’ve been scratching my head googling “circular json” for frickin’ days!
Kevin Smith has always seemed to me to be the embodiment of proof that it is indeed possible to be both a socially awkward nerd AND a pretentious douche-nozzle, at the same time.
I really can’t express in words how much it meant to me for them to simply keep the old opening credit sequence. Keeping everything the same just really for some reason hit home to me; as if to say “It’s okay...you’re in good hands, come along for the ride.”
Too early in the morning. My brain apparently doesn’t do counting until coffee number 2.
serious question: Why only 3 legs? 4 legs are much more stable in general, and 5 would have saved this rocket due to redundancy.

From that point on, doctors became useless because the transporter could literally just “reboot” people…
If that’s an actual reason in your feeble little mind, than I feel totally justified in bashing you for having the audacity to leave your house everyday for any reason whatsoever. Because you’re obviously “overexposed”.
I’ve been “informed” (read: She rolled her eyes at me and called me an idiot) by my girlfriend, that it differs depending on the region. She is a Locations Key PA with The Flash in Vancouver, but has told me that the US doesn’t usually use Key PAs, nor other provinces in Canada.
Actually the “Key PAs” (either On-set or otherwise) would be in charge of the PAs, and THEY would answer to the 3rd AD.
his most famous role was Professor Severus Snape
Actually no. Most people know exactly what kind of filmmaker Abrams is. But he happens to make very entertaining self-congratulatory fan wank, and so he gets more of a pass on it than other filmmakers might.
Retelling an existing story while twisting some of the details, while including knowing winks to the audience is what Abrams does. And he pats himself on the back for doing so.
