Even “punched up” it felt like a weak ending to the show, which started out great.  I generally enjoyed it (Mulaney is probably my favourite stand-up) but I did think it suffered from a slow tailing off in quality from start to finish.

I wasn’t aware that Will Poulter was going to be in Guardians of the Galaxy, but now I understand why he looked so ripped recently in the UK television Agatha Christie adaptation Why Didn’t They Ask Evans?

“...odd to single out a person’s Muppet Show appearance in their obituary...”

Stand appears to be the performative omission here, but I’d also argue this deserves a high placing (particularly this bonkers performance).

“The Sun…”. Nuff said.
