I'm a Londoner by birth and have also lived in the north of England. That sounded like a northern accent to me and I see Joanna Christie comes from Yorkshire so that may be her natural accent.

I'm amused to see it's Ingrid Oliver, who plays the two Osgoods on Doctor Who.
