There needs to be a new system for trailers. They show entirely too much. I don't know how anyone can be surprised in modern movies anymore. If you have half a brain you can predict whole movies now, it's horrible.

Depends on levels though. Some might burn only 80-200 calories more than if they just sat on the couch with base metabolism. Then they'll reward that treadmill time with an extra snack or drink that negates the time spent....

Mine would have to be intense as the only realistic things to hit Thailand lately are floods and civil unrest. So maybe an emergency flak jacket and satelite phone LOL. But we generally have weeks of build up before actual open riots. Same with the floods to hit city center.
