Kids arent really born with inherent skills (unless undeveloped/disabled in someway that might effect a particular skill) - its just access to resources and time. Not many poor kids in F1.

Very true. Some tracks are safer than others, to paraphrase Morrissey. Anecdotally, i see very few actual damage-inducing crashes. Maybe 1 or 2 per year at the 15 or so events I attend each year.

yeah how many? track days are safer than the street. Even when you come off it’s usually just gravel. Avoid “wild west” clubs and you’ll be aight.
