If he can afford it, why not. If he were injured would the Broncos give him a long term deal? He will be just as valuable next year and have leverage. Why take the chance?

Fascinating that anyone is upset that the editors who had no contract protections left without notice....particularly with todays abrupt cancellation in the background.
