My first mmo was Asheron’s Call. Nothing has quite captured that sense of wonder since for me.

For me, it was around 1980 or so. My best friend told me he had a new game and wanted to play it. I thought the concept sounded dumb, but I gave in and tried it. The rest is history. We spent countless hours playing and they were the best times of my life. I truly believe the game would be nothing without a good DM.
