The whole game has me tearing up a lot. I’m in my semi-decade playthrough, and I just got to Zozo. There’s been so many moments already. The latest one was with Locke remembering Rachel’s amnesia, and how her last moment before dying was to pass on a message to Locke that she remembers, and that she loves him.

Nintendo could have filed a C&D during development. They waited until it was finished, and shared a bit. Players are happy because the game is out there. Nintendo, and their lawyers, are happy since they did their diligence in protecting their TM and IP. I think this is a win for everyone.
