So bandwagoner is now defined as people who are fans of a team for 14 years? Serious question. I see the term thrown around a lot towards Patriots fans and yes they’ve played well the whole time but 14 years is a long time for someone who would be a bandwagoner. But all in all, yea I wouldn’t even talk to a solid 75%

Uhhh every team has staff at every game who’s sole job is to film and steal signals. They don’t just do it every once and a while when they’re feeling naughty. The Patriots were doing it from an unapproved area, that’s where they went wrong, and that’s why they were punished. Bill Polian talked about it today on NFL

Filming signals from league designated areas: OK

As a Patriots fan: It was not legal to film signals from the sideline, but only from designated league approved areas in the stadium. Belichick and Kraft both accepted responsibility for the actions of themselves and members of the organization and apologized. Thats why they accepted the penalty, because they were

And you completed ignored the fact that another team cheated in the same capacity and essentially nothing happened. The Patriots cheated. No one is debating that, but when they cheated Belichick got the largest fine ever leveed by the league in 87 years and they lost a first round pick, and they deserved it. I am not

And you know what? That doesn’t matter; It’s not the point. A team broke the rules worse than what the Patriots did (not saying they are absolved of any guilt by any means they got what they deserved) and the team was fined $50k and McDaniels was fined $50k and this was after Goodell’s warning that rules violations

Z shooting brake? *crosses fingers*

Someone tell Ted Wells to keep the meter running.

Can someone get Kenny Mayne a god damn tie?

Who said it was a secret? Every team has a filming department and every team tries to film game signals. The Patriots were filming from an illegal unapproved location.

Did you just support my argument?

Besides hearsay from anonymous people where is the evidence of this?

They never filmed practices and walkthroughs, unlike the Broncos in 2010 who got a slap on the wrist. ESPN has never stopped reporting that it happened and had to apologize a couple weeks ago. The story where this rumor came from was recanted by the Boston Herald.

But what about dem clicks?

Cameras are allowed as long as it is not a direct feed to the coaches/staff. You can still tape it and watch it after the game for future use. The rule book is very clear about it being used during the game.

I always wondered how this works. Do they just walk into the studio one day and just let everyone know that they’re going to be the asshole from now on?

I don't think I dream. Not like I don't remember because at that point you at least know you had one. I just close my eyes and wake up in the morning. Is there something wrong with me?

You forgot concussions....which is probably the most disgusting and horrific scandal in the history of the NFL.

You had an opportunity to make a “balls” joke...but you didn’t....does that mean we’ve moved on?

I hate the Colts organization but I really like Andrew Luck and I think he’ll win at least 2 super bowls once Jim Irsay is forced to sell the team after he goes on a 60 mile police chase that ends with a hostage situation in an ihop.
