My heart goes out to the little boy and his family. I am concerned that the airline flight attendant didn’t show empathy to the boy or the family. I’ve never been on a flight on which dogs were allowed (to my knowledge) and I have to wonder if airlines are so greedy that they put money ahead of common sense?
