If there’s one thing you cannot hold against the German, it’s that they really teach their population the atrocities of WW2. It often feels as if Japan doesn’t care.

It actually takes very little energy to generate an urban legend. Sociology classes have created a number of them within a school quarter. Honestly given the technology and the length of time Slenderman has been a thing it’s not very impressive.
