The problem with the seat isn’t the upholstery. It looks like the foam is shot. Finding new foam is almost impossible (ask me how I know). Best bet is get a rarely-used passenger seat out of a wreck. If those seats are rare, even that can be difficult.

If there’s only one reverse light, I’m not sure people would understand it was reversing. Reverse lights provide a warning to others as well as illumination.
