I hated DC the most but found a route to and from where I needed to go. Boston is another story, what a mess, no way to get around that with 350 year old streets. Phoenix is hell, half the cars crawl, keep 15 car lenghts in front of them, it is frustrating. Living in rural america is the only place to be.
