I remember the “Air Show” in the Med when I was on the Saratoga. They had an F-4j shoot a sidewinder at a flair, and the A-7's using their gun. Sounds I’ll never forget.

Not to be that guy and a day late, but i believe it is their iconic Delta formation, and not the diamond.

As an electrician’s mate on the Saratoga, we had a separate group that handled the flight deck lighting. It’s been a long time, and i don’t remember if they were part of E div or not.
