I bought it for PC. I wonder if someone will make a mod that allows for save states. That would be cool.

Definitely happens. But for this game in particular I think they are going to put it out some time this year and it’s going to be a massive world with very similar satisfying gameplay to Hollow Knight so people will eat it up. Just my prediction!
If it’s a great game no one will care how long it took when they are playing it.
Yeah I played a couple and was done pretty quick. Just way too much mindless busy work in some of these games. I think survival done right is more narrative based versions of these games. Like The Long Dark.
What I wanna know is, will they just call this thing switch 2? Because I feel like they will come up with a new name even though it’ll just be a handheld you can dock that is more powerful.
I beat around 18 games and TotK was definitely my standout. I wasn’t expecting much from it and the whole sky aspect combined with exploring the world with things you build just blew me away. The first time you dive from the sky all the way down through a hole and into the underworld was the best gaming moment of the…
Man that list is kind of sad because I feel like it’s a good amount of young kids watching porn. I’m keeping my kids off the internet for as long as possible.
After playing all three of their spiderman games I am kind of burnt out on the superhero action game from them. I wish they were making something new. I feel like Wolverine will just feel like another spiderman. Same kind of combat system and action movie set pieces.
I played Atomic Heart and Jedi both at launch and Jedi was FAR buggier. It crashed so many times on me for PC I lost count. And my system is well above the recommended setup. I was so frustrated with that game and disappointed it arrived the way it did.
4k60 standard in every game
I’m in the same boat. I love using a controller when controlling a car in GTA but I can’t stand using it when in shootouts. So overall I would just rather use a keyboard and mouse for the whole game. I think this time around I will just wait for the PC version when in the past I would rent the console one to beat the…
They could make a $1,000 dollar DLC and it wouldn’t bother me. If companies put these things out it means someone is buying them so more power to them.
CDKeys and Greenman both have it for PC for 58-59 bucks
Yeah I think the best part of Tears is exploring the sky, finishing up, and diving all the way down to the underworld without a single load time. It’s miraculous what they pulled off with that game on aged hardware.
I guess I was just being overly specific on what an open world game feels like to me. I think of it as one giant space you can explore with no load times. So GTA, Zelda, Red Dead etc feel like open worlds. Starfield just didn’t feel like that to me. You even have to load before entering indoor spaces in the world you…
Tough to say for sure but it just doesn’t have the same sense of scale that Tears has when it comes to the sky world, underworld, and ground level all there at your disposal to explore with ships you build yourself. It only has the ground level and some forgettable mini dungeons with no building things. Tears also has…
Tears felt like BotW perfected. I was not expecting it to be so good I thought it would just be more of the same and I was pretty blown away.
Mortal Kombat 2 was the first sequel that blew my mind. I have vivid memories of just stumbling upon the cabinet at the mall as a kid after playing the first one religiously on Sega Genesis and not even knowing a sequel had released. I couldn’t believe the graphical update and added depth.
But is it actually an open world game? Serious question. It doesn’t feel like one. I played Tears of the Kingdom and then Starfield and Tears felt like an open world. Starfield felt like a bunch of areas connected by forced fast travel.
Even though it felt like a more improved version of BOTW I think Tears of the Kingdom is my game of the year. The element of building devices and traveling around the sky just felt incredible. The sense of scale was unlike anything I have played before and it was constantly blowing my mind that it was done on such…
