Try making scrambled eggs in super low heat. All you do is stir them every minute or so, and after 15 minutes or so, you’ll have the best scrambled eggs ever.

I second GIMP. The initial learning curve can be a bit painful, but the investment pays off as a large of amount of capability.

I use Gimp as well.
