Agreeing to attend a meeting and then physically going to said meeting where someone implicitly says they will have something for you seems to fit the bill. I know, it’s hard when words have multiple meanings.

I’ve never said it should be dismissed or not investigated. In fact, I’ve said the exact opposite while also stating that there is a LOT we don’t know about the forms (since no one has publicly seen them) or any possible FBI investigation. We have one report from an anonymous source a few months ago - and no updates…
