I guess when you’re Bojack Horseman, you can’t help but equate emotions to television shows, much like how a music nerd like me prefers to drop hints to people about how his own mood is by making album recommendations.

Stopping for the night after this episode. I want to let this one settle in, but I’m obviously tempted to keep binging.

Waiting until after work to catch the first episode of Season 5. But so looking forward to this show coming back.

Yeah. Yesterday and today has pretty much been a countdown of hours for me for Bojack Horseman. And absolutely no one in my circle of friends or coworkers is a convert. I essentially said watch the second episode of Season 1 (Bojack Hates the Troops) - if you don’t like that, watch no more. It isn’t the best episode

I will shell out the $20 just for Super Mario Bros 3.

I was comparing his behavior and mannerisms to people who have been in a situation where a consulting company comes in and absolutely guts a company of its employees, not implying that he was going to lose his job.

Wow, Fabian nails down the details of what it’s like to work under the searing pressure of a “consulting” firm “rightsizing” a company. The look of being overwhelmed with the burden of doing not only your job, but probably the work of 2-3 other people, not to mention your own fears of being the next on the chopping

I’m reading Rick Bragg’s collection of reporting stories: Somebody Told Me. It’s a great collection, and it shows Bragg being in the center of many of the ‘90s most important stories (Oklahoma City), as well as some of its most sensational (Susan Smith). His chapter on George Wallace and his complicated legacy in

I would definitely give Misery a read. It’s a taunt thriller that pretty much distills his best attributes to an effective thriller.

This past season was an especially brutal one for Princess Caroline - hoping this next season will find her in a better place.

My mind’s in a blur now after this episode. I was arguing with the people I was watching this with. “So, is ‘Breaking Bad’ happening now?” - with the construction of the lab.

A great friend of mine was laid off from a newspaper he worked out for more than a decade, and now this. August 2018 has been to journalism what 2016 was to legendary musicians.

Yeah. A lot of his moodiness and dickishness was honestly, just because he was a teenager.

...and Walt Jr.

Yes, happy Frost Monday! Have a good Frost Tuesday.

No...Jesus - did you read my post? He shouldn’t be let off the hook for any of his past sins and embarrassments. I’m just saying that he deserves to be remembered for both the good and the bad in his life, of which, there’s a lot on both ends to remember.

Cool, another Omaha dweller on the AV Club.

So far, my ‘Album of the Year’

Just based on goodwill earned from his incredibly stellar previous album, I’ll be picking up the new Blood Orange album.

I think Pence was just confused because of the odd, sort of special feeling he got within him when he first heard the song “I’ll Make a Man Out of You” - and didn’t know what to do with those feelings.
