Size is not the exclusive commonly accepted reason, there are many others, it wouldn't be crazy to assume size or one of the other factors is the reason why the attending doctors do not want to attempt a vaginal delivery.

There are times where I would not even attempt a vaginal delivery on somebody. It's dangerous to even try.
