Wear what you want, life’s to short to only wear boring, safe clothes.

Now playing

I’m a fool to want you, By Billie Holiday, so raw and emotional it hurts.

What, wallowing without Massive Attack? Cannot be done. Being a child of the nineties, I excell at wallowing. There goes my list:

The plan was for her to have an abortion, which was illegal then, and therefore hard to ge. She couldn’t get one, so the lie became evident

My maternal grandmother was, by all accounts, difficult, which was the polite way to say, a bitch and proud to be one. She was, therefore, the queen of disses. Her most glorious burn I heard was when I was in high school. I have a sort of unusual first name, so much so, there was just this other girl in town with the

And all her heroines have old fashioned, complicated names, like Ophelia,Imogen or Prudence. She's my go-to escapist author when I want to forget about the world.

Vintage Jayne Ann Krentz is the bomb, her interior designs are pretty fun too.

More patient, for sure. Also, you don’t feel like ypu’re missing out by taking care of the baby instead of going out - been there, done that, got the t-shirt to prove it you know? At least gthat’s my experience.

Just had one at 39 and have no regrets. Not even people in their twentieS can absolutely guarantee their children they’ll be arround, that’s how life works. So go for it.

That’s what dads are for: I’m on my luxurious five months maternity leave so I take care of my baby most nights. After all, I can afford to sleep when he does. However if I’m too tired, he takes over and cares for the kid. It’s his child too.

I have an one month old infant and I concur: when he cries,he needs something, usually, because baby revolutionary is quite chill, he needs food and I give it to him. Does it suck to wake up every three hours to feed him? Kinda, but, my choice to have him and breastfeed, so,my responsibility. Plus this obssession

There's never a bad time to remember old Tom

I agree, I'e been a fan since she started. But she gets a lot of flack, een here, for her wild phase, which is why I addressed it. But I still think she's a great role model and an amazing human being.

I know she did some iffy stuff when she was young, but damn if she didn't grow up to be an amazing and inspiring woman.

Being sentimental was NOT my thing. Now I get teary just looking at them both.

I know, right? Those hormones are potent stuff.

I'm just so in love with my newborn and my hubby right now. Who knew post-pregnancy hormones could turn me into a sentimental fool?

Well, except for one or two pieces you can buy versions of that boring stuff everywhere. It's so generic you can't really dress it up because blah.

Let me tell you as a very experienced middle school teacher: this is a very, very, very, very bad idea. Teenage boys are, in general, judgmental cruel little pricks to their female peers.
