I picked up the iOS version of FFIX and I gotta say the game looks really, really good on a very small screen. The backgrounds are pretty stellar and the upgraded character models mean I can actually see what they look like instead of imagining them as blob people. The digital stick isn't too much of an issue, but

Yeah, if you stick with it you should become pretty proficient at using the right stick to draw. I found the stylus almost impossible to use, but found the stick to be like a dream. And you get a couple of upgrades later on that can help minimize the accuracy of your drawing.

Putting sauerkraut on pizza is the sin that got Lucifer thrown out of heaven according to my Pizza Bible.

Per the STI testing: I'd recommend right before (that's what's detectable, not incubating/asymptomatic) and about three months after (that should catch what the first one would miss). And use protection through-out and maintain a safe, open dialogue (trialogue?) to ensure no one is being pressured into risky activity.

I don't think I like the concept of being able to come out as a "moral failing." Especially after Dan's assertion that there are always risks involved. Maybe I just don't like the terms "gay" and "moral failing" being used anywhere near each other.

That blurb about the executive orders sent a chill down my spine. Incompetency rarely leads to a good outcome. He's basically the wedge holding the door open for Bannon to ruin our entire fucking country.

So this is just a low-key attempt at rebooting Species isn't it?

Yeah thematically it fits better than "hey wolf-dude, dig up these bugs," but I'm nothing, if not lazy so I hate having to redo stuff like that. The Silent Realm Guardians had some bad-ass designs though. They practically screamed "I'm gonna' get'cha and you'll hate it."

I dunno, I mean they both had Super-Wesker and I thought blackmarket bioweapons, African exploitation by the West, and Excella/TriCell as a secondary antagonist were actually pretty down-to-earth for RE. Contrast that with CVX's Antarctic base, crazy antagonists and ridiculous introductions of even MORE magical

Oh I already watched several of the cutscenes recently, including the final battle. The final boss' design is what made me want to play the game so badly after low-key ignoring it for years.

Hmmmm Tears of Light in Twilight Princess or the Silent Realm in Skyward Sword? Which one was more annoying and unnecessary? I'm gonna have to go with Silent Realm. Having to repeat the whole thing after being caught was bullshit. Or misjudging how far you could go in the sand on your way back to the finish line.

I wish Asura's Wrath was available as a PSN game separate from that PS Now stuff. I've been wanting to give it a whirl for awhile now. The character designs and texturing looked awesome. Asura looked like he was literally sculpted out of clay in the cutscenes.

The lore was great, the settings were fantastic, and the character moments wonderful. All of that good will was basically crushed by the last quarter of the game. That ending killed any interest I had in getting DLC or even playing DA:I again.

I've been playing it on my PS3 I dusted off for some twiddling. It looks good and plays as expected. The cutscene video compression is atrocious (which isn't too surprising), but god the voice acting is on another level. The audio is fine, but it sounds like I'm playing as a sentient piece of wood. The great thing

Eh it hasn't gotten that ridiculous yet, but yes I was reminded of that as well. It really sticks out honestly. The worst the main (male) character got called was "boy" from what I recall.

She's so friggin' tough, I've died like 20 times and still can't beat her. Maybe I should just go New Game + at some point.

"…Searched beyond my preconceptions…" means you just typed in "Adam Jensen sexy" into Google Image and turned off the safe search right?

I understand for some that the visuals can detract from the gameplay in a manner that basically makes it unplayable, But anyone who can at least stomach the ridiculous camp (which the final bosses are essentially incarnations of) will find some of the best button-mashing action since Devil May Cry.
