You gotta feel bad for the Toads. They went from royal attendants and subjects to a form of currency for a mobile game. Poor creatures can't catch a break.

I always thought the buffoonery gave his meaner, homicidal moments more contrast than if he was just straight up evil. He used his ridiculous actions to just throw people off his trail.

She played the judge-next-door and was wonderful in every scene. God bless Catherine O'Hara.

Hmmm.. it sounds like it toes the line, but it does sound interesting enough I can deal with it.

Does the Certain series have much (sexual) fan-service? I long ago got exhausted by that crap and started being more selective of what I watch. For reference, my current tolerance level is one panty-shot, sexual pratfall, and hot-springs hi-jinx per season.

Jumped back into Bloodborne after a pretty game-lite holiday. It's a testament to the controls in that game that it basically fit like a glove after having not played in about 9 months. I guess I can attribute that to Dark Souls 3 having a similar scheme and keeping those dodging skills fresh. Still can't beat damn

Less Billy on the Street more Difficult People, please.

Sadly anime and manga are pretty marginalized here unless they are well-known classics. With the comics section articles about Monstress, you'd think they could branch out into more manga offerings.

I kill the jester any chance I get. He's an ass.

I upvoted you, but I am still insulted. His name sounds like a medical condition of the penis.

"I went into this wanting to help people, I stayed here because of the sweet butt-plug perks."

I kind of got tired of his never-ending, on-the-nose visual metaphors. I still read it from time to time and I can't hate him for creating what he wants. His little "Japanese character" comics are still my favorite though.

The best part about A:R was the 2003 remastered version has a clip from the director where he's basically saying "This version is not a director's cut, that was the one that made it into theaters. But we had junk you could, I guess throw in for funsies." All they did was add a few bits of dialogue and a new scene to

1) It is a metaphor for how people will give themselves mind, body and soul to ideologues who ask it of them and are left broken and cast aside. Or maybe something less stupid.
2) Green Lantern rings can do pretty much anything, so maybe they used one to make more?

I don't know why, but I can't take that line seriously as something that would shake SuperComrade's psyche. Maybe that's because I've always heard delivered in my head in a childish, sarcastic manner.

No way. I just watched the 2003 director's cute the other night. Had no idea it was the most reworked version of the movies and added over 25 minutes of footage. It has a lot slower burn than Aliens, but no where near that of Alien. And the odd, apocalyptic prison-monastery was a unique enough idea that it managed to

Hey! Aliens Cubed was a good movie!

Two things I'd give my kingdom for in this game: (1) A model viewer and (2) a fucking monster guide so I don't have to rely upon that stupid Libra box that shows up when you R1 target an enemy.

Well first you have to answer "How much does it rain on average in November in Tennessee?" using climatological data from multiple decades, then perhaps look into agriculture and arboreal management practices that might've….Hey!
