Except for being indoors, I think the battle system is tops. You can still limp through battles for a weaker score, or you can look like a badass when the stars align. Either way, each battle feels enjoyable and almost never too long.

I love how the quest description for that one emphasizes in red that if you can't properly follow some strange man you just met in his convertible to another location, your game ends.
That is annoying because (despite not remembering exact names right now) that some games will allow for dialogue interrupts then continue them after a battle or whatever. I don't know why FFXV doesn't do that for unique dialogue scenes.
I love it when they say that as a dropship floats by half a mile away and in the opposite direction.
It is. I got to the final battle in the first maze and Ramuh showed up immediately so I pulled that trigger, watched with glee as everything died then left the dungeon. The maze resets apparently, but it was a slog even though I was about 6 levels over what was recommended. Why there are so many indoor dungeons when…
These "Reviews in Progress" feature are great! I've just reached the more linear part of the game after some exciting and dismaying happenings. SPOILERS I still don't know why the game put so much emphasis on Luna extra text to make this look longer when they barely showed up at all, then died on me.…
Just finished the haunted supermarket in Pokemon Moon and I keep having to drop 'mons from my team as I find others that catch my interest. I typically snatch up a couple that will fair well in the next trial, then drop them afterwards if I don't think their evolutions are going anywhere.
The absence of blushing and a horrified look definitely tells me he wasn't reading my mind.
I'm so sexy and about that I have very few hesitaaaations?
Well let me tell you: crystal, chocobo, cactuar, noctis, cindy, recipes, great evil, ABS, fetch-quests, decals. The whole plot is pretty simple honestly.
Happened on my first manual drive outing. I grazed a pylon while backing up and every window cracked and dents appeared on the opposite side of the car!
With all that bile she has to suppress long enough to get home and put it up on FaceBook, you have to wonder why the hell she'd want to work for that company anyway? Does she think it's going to become less tolerant by virtue of her personal webpage?
An excitable young teen given wonderful gifts from an older male benefactor to convince him to do something he's hesitant about? Hmmm, such a familiar plot device.
My sexiest holiday wish is that the slow, suffocating death of my shared sex life is from something other than my appearance. Despite feeling like my relationship has become emotionally arrested after about 3 years, having sex is the only part that manages to grow more and more infrequent.
How much luck did you have with computers and Ghostfaces? Loads, I imagine.
Of course simply riding a horse isn't horsemancy. Any idiot can do that. Pulling a horse from your sleeve, or from under a lady's dress, behind an ear or tree where there was no horse before. THAT'S horsemancy!
I'm gonna sit at the welcome table, gonna sit at the welcome table one of these days!
Oh hey! Featured comment! I'm so humbled. This is literally the greatest accomplishment I've ever made in my life. Now I can die.
Ignis' Regroup move helps if you are quick about it, but I wish it would regroup around Noctis and not him. I feel like there's some trick to it, but I haven't figured it out yet.
I'm working on Final Fantasy XV: Journey of the Brotastic Boy Band and Pokemon Moon. I've just started chapter 3 of FFXV and as the world opens up, my enjoyment of the game grows. I just finished the quest that was featured in the DUSCAE demo and it really highlights how much the battle system has improved.
