Localisation? What fucking localisation, we speak English asshole. Delays in non-English speaking PAL countries is understandable when there's redubbing/subtitles involved, but don't dare try to justify delays to English speaking countries.

What's he arguing about here, the infrastructure or the available downloadable titles? Because on both fronts currently, XBL is definitely in the lead. However the PSN has an awesome amount of original downloadable titles and I could easily see it eclipsing the XBLA efforts soon (actually, then I remember the two

Gotta laugh how it is all focused on the R4 (one of the shittiest DS flashcards anyway). So they ban the R4, it gets replaced in popularity with one of the hundreds of other flashcards doing the rounds.. Acekard 2, Cyclo DS Evolution, TopToyDS, N5..

Nice! I love how they charge $20 more for the software compared to other AU releases.

Poor MS haha.. there wouldn't be this huge anti-subscription discussion if they hadn't fucked up with this accidental, limited free Live.

@MagickBocks: Yeah, well, it seems as EA improves, Activision slowly degenerates to take their place.

Anyone playing this game on anything but the PC is nuts anyway.

Dick Smith Electronics in Australia has the 360 Halo 3 edition console for $265 :|

"and for that reason the company is spending development effort making Crysis: Warhead more difficult to crack."

Fuck off you pretentious fanboys. Why does everyone act like Microsoft have run the Halo franchise into the ground - three games over the course of, what, six years?

Stop attacking Spector eh, the guy is a legend! :O

I wonder what a developer with a game that IS threatened with delisting would say..

@Kiri Komori: A misconception - can I tell you that every singleplayer and multiplayer Valve game is available for download as a stand alone pirated version. There are online servers for these pirated copies as well.

I.. liked it, and bought it for the PC (for playing) and 360 (for shits and giggles). Great game, flawed in many aspects and not deserving of a lot of the praise (the graphics are not revolutionary, the gameplay is sharp but some of the higher difficulties are luck based rather than skill based, the storyline wasn't

Fighting games. I'm utterly hopeless at them and can never understand what's so fun about mindlessly mashing buttons (which is what it becomes when you're playing with newbies to the genre).

*sigh*.. I wish they'd do an Age of Empires proper RTS for the DS. It seems like the perfect platform for it..

About six weeks while I was overseas, however we played some SNES at a relative's house in Sicily. But it wasn't planned and I certainly didn't seek it out :P

@Passa: Also, every game has a trial version. If someone has downloaded the trial and decided they like the game - why the fuck wouldn't you let them buy it? If people are buying games and being disappointed with them, then they're fucking idiots because they had the game right there for them to try.
