Hollow Knight is the only game I”ve played on this list (there are so many games out there and my backlog is so large that it’s very rare i play a game in the first year of its release as opposed to waiting for it to be 15 dollars or less), but damn, it’s so, so good. Was probably my favorite game this year I played,

Hollow Knight took me by surprise, I’m typically lukewarm on most metroidvanias but HK might be my favorite game I’ve played this year. So good

I booted up Singularity, an FPS from 2010, yesterday, it’s been in my steam backlog for probably like 3 years now.

I figured this would be the case, I’m sure the game will be fantastic but I would’ve loved to have a game with a New Vegas-like world size, I love exploring worlds that are very well put together like that. Maybe for the sequel.

Yeah this shocked me. RDR2 was winning everything, I had figured even before the awards started it’d win, then with it sweeping the smaller stuff I thought it’d get goty.

Holy shit...it’s mind boggling how poorly bethesda has handled absolutely everything having to do with this game

Wasn’t a huge fan of Soma, Onrush doesn’t look like my type of thing. I’m very happy to get Iconoclasts, though.

Wow. I loved Bethesda Softworks’ previous games (was a bit disappointed by FO4 and its dlc outside of Far Harbor, but still liked it), but they are straight setting their goodwill on fire right now. I was skeptical of FO76 in general and wasn’t interested because it’s just not my cup of tea (even if it was well

yes a bunyon is clearly a bunion so large it rivals the size of paul bunyan you ignorant fool, hence bunyon

Shit’s sad, man. Fultz is a nice kid and clearly worked hard this summer based off what reports, but man...wtf

I thing I would note about Simmons is that, while he obviously needs to learn to shoot at even a subpar level if he ever wants to be a truly elite player, I do think how he’s performed isn’t reflective of his true talent level. He tweaked his back like 3 games into the year and really hasn’t looked the same since,

When Fultz plays without Simmons and gets minutes at point guard he actually looks pretty decent and as if he could be a promising young player. But right now, despite his jumper being better than last year, it’s very inconsistent and at times he’s reluctant to shoot it. Him and Simmons on the floor together is

I don’t know what the solution is to this. It’s a real problem. There are these 24/7 news networks out there and they sell out for higher ratings, meaning they avoid asking tough questions so people will be willing to come back on their show, they sensationalize stories, they focus incessantly on things that aren’t

The part that’s arguably most terrifying is whenever this happens there is a non-insubstantial portion of the right that blames the left for it.

We’ll see what happens I guess, my hopes are not high overall for the game. Incredibly disappointed, leading up to E3 I had some hopes that maybe we’d see Starfield coming out. Then the FO76 teaser dropped, I was a bit let down but still excited to play a new FO. Then the reports of the type of game it was...ugh. Just

He actually played really well in the 2nd half. I think playing off ball is really throwing him for a loop, he was clearly more comfortable running point than he was in the 1st half playing off ball.

Such a damn good game. I was skeptical after playing both W1 and W2 and being lukewarm, so waited to get a good deal on it (25 bucks for goty edition last year) but it wound up being amazing. Even liked it better than Breath of the Wild when I played them both last year. On my list to replay sooner rather than later.

Damn that looks...ugh

Actually, a quick wikipedia search of “Laffer curve” will show you that most studies conclude tax ranges in around 70% would result in peak revenue, which we are very much not anywhere near right now, so by your own stated simplistic theory the American public is under taxed, assuming the goal is to achieve maximum

You’re making a long winded response to avoid the idea that maybe another corporatist is not what the public wanted. When did I ever say that the absence of voter suppression could not have made a difference? That’s never been my point. Are you not dense enough to understand pushing policies that nationally poll very
