FYI the Prizm and Corolla had the same powertrain options. The base Corolla came with the exact same 1.6L 4A-FE that the base Prizm did. When I say driving dynamics, I mean responsiveness. Most people in the target demo for these cars couldn’t give a rats behind about that (unless you want a Camry that’s grounded to the ground). They care more about how comfortable it is and how reliable it is.
