If you have orgs or properties that are losing money, then that is fat to be trimmed. Just because the company overall is making money doesn’t mean the high-performing groups should be paying for the low-performing ones. Doing so without a good business reason would be a gross failure of fiduciary duty.

dashcam footage makes it look like the cruiser just kind of disappeared.

She’s basically the exact opposite of Robert Moses when it comes to power politics.

I think you mean refreshed, not redesigned.

If Toyota cared about accuracy, they would have named it the TRD Soft-Road.

Yeah, except the Altima has a front-biased AWD system that can’t hold a candle to Subaru’s Symmetrical AWD system.

Totally agree with your assessment of older Acuras. The newer ones (minus the ILX) definitely feel a big step above the equivalent Honda. NVH is substantially lower, doors are heavy and close with a nice German thud, and there’s more soft touch materials. The difference isn’t as pronounced as Lexus vs Toyota, but it’s

Still excellent work by the car drivers.

You have to wonder how financially prudent it is for the unbanked to spend money on overpriced concessions at the ballpark

The MDX (across all trims) has considerably more NVH insulation, and the doors close with that satisfying German thunk instead of the tinny Japanese clang. There’s more soft-touch materials in the MDX, edges on the

I think they only feel bigger because they’ve become more efficient at packaging the interior and stretching out the wheelbase (but not necessarily the overall length). For instance, the Accord sedan has only grown about 3 inches in the past 15 years, which is not all that much if you ask my wife.

The Accord has pretty much always been longer than a JGC...

As someone who swapped the TMIC for a FMIC, I can honestly say for driveability I prefer the TMIC. The FMIC just adds so much lag for not that much of a gain until you go to a larger turbo.

Lopez sealing Milwaukee’s 114-102 victory over the Jazz with a cold-blooded, Steph Cury-lite three-ball would be a fever dream to a 2013-era Brooklyn Nets fan.
