A friend of mine got a CX-5...and then had to sell it when he realized that he couldn’t fit three car seats side-by-side in the back. Not sure why he didn’t try that *before* buying the car...

OK, but you’re assuming he’s intending on using it to fake his way into the carpool lane, no? Way to set up a strawman. I have one of those on my car. I only use the carpool lane when I have the correct number of people in my car, but by your logic, I’m still in idiot. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Nobody’s trying to pass anything off. It’s supposed to be ironic. If he wanted to use it to fake his way into the carpool lane, it wouldn’t be hard to get a real fake one, not an ironic one. Having one of these on your car isn’t illegal.

I thought Polestar was supposed to be all-electric, yet we see quad tailpipes.

I should have probably qualified that statement by specifically calling out “cheap subcompacts”. Clearly the reasons for buying a Mini, FiST, or 500 Abarth are a little different than buying a Mirage or Yaris.

This. Pretty much the only reason people buy subcompacts is because...they couldn’t afford a compact. Anyone who says otherwise is just lying to themselves.

My experience with cheap manuals (including the old Yaris) is that the throws are long and rubbery. Feels worse than some manual pickups I’ve driven. How does this compare?

Uh, what? Before every flight, the gate agent calls for anyone who needs extra time to get down the jetway to board before family boarding. That includes old people, people with crutches, etc. If you’re going to complain about this stuff, get your facts straight first. Just because you don’t get to board first doesn’t

I’ve flown over 200 times on Southwest and I have never seen this. Just sounds like you came across an asshole. Could have happened on any other airline.

Southwest offers free TV on a good number of their flights too.

Scrum? Everyone has a boarding number and boards in order, not like every other airline where everyone congregates at the gate so they can be first in their boarding group.

Yeah, it tells you what the multiplier is, and the estimated total charge. Rider is totally at fault here.

A grown up CTR already exists. It’s called the Golf R :D.

Tavarish and Aaron Brown.

In terms of transmission options? Yes.

I’d add:

Not in every single other way. ST comes with a stick. Stinger GT does not.
