You know it’s just a god damn drink, right? The name dates back to the late 1800s. The Irish Black and Tans were formed in 1921.

I’ve always wanted to do a Willys flatrod with two GO Devil engines in a straight-8 configuration.

Get rid of the green housing and net-zero emissions transport system and I’m in.

I blew a kiss at a guy that did something similar to me - I will tell you your thumb may have set that guy off, but this guy went nuclear after seeing me blow smooches at him.

Burn so severe he’s gonna need skin grafts.

His eyes are narrow because it’s hard to peer through the slits of a hood.

“The reason given for contracting out government jobs is usually price, but in 2011, a report found that contrary to popular belief, giving government work to private companies cost the government more than if it did the work itself.”

No want rev. Want gobs of tow-end torque now!

wat?

See I’m not going to drop the clutch at 3k rpm from a stop to get going, and I’m not going to rev up to 3k and ease in the clutch because I don’t need to pretend I’m a race car driver, I just need torque, and the drop-off at 2k rpm doesn’t help either. I really just need to bite the bullet and get this thing an ECU

Yeah back in May. I was tired of fiddling with little repairs, and I was ready for a manual again.

The engine is probably better suited to the auto trans. It feels like a lot of effort to get this thing moving in 1st or 2nd gear.

Fine you drive one and tell me you’re not wringing it out to get any torque or movement out of the damn thing. Unfortunately the manual does nothing in 1st or 2nd gear until you’re burying the throttle.

My last car had a straight-6 with oodles of torque. This thing could really use two more cylinders.

Can confirm - it’s a dog until you wring it out.

My 2017.5 Touring has the manual and n o b a l l s. Seriously there is no torque out of the NA 2.5L unless you wring it out to almost 3,000rpm. I suspect Mazda was heavy handed in reining in torque steer, but I could really use torque when I’m driving something that has a ghost-like clutch and can’t get out of its own

I always look for an interior trunk grab handle - my E46 had them, and my Mazda 6 has one on the right.

+ 1 finger

Won’t someone think of the glory holes!?

My 2002 E46 did something similar with the key fobs. My fob always adjusted the mirrors and seat settings for me on unlock, and the spare fob did the same for another person. Pretty nice feature for something almost 20 years old.
