Matt Smith has a distinct lack of body hair. And with his shaved head, he'd have looked like he was up for a Channel swim.
It's all speculation at this point, obviously the Time Lords gave him at least one more. Is it a whole new set of 12 regenerations, or 13 new faces? Or is it an infinite set of regenerations, so that the Doctor can start "revisiting old faces" in his retirement?
