Samer got emotional and embarrassed himself in this exchange and I can’t see it any other way.

So Stephens took the high road and you wrote a bunch of emails that look like they could have been written by an angry 12 year-old, and you actually think that by writing this and copying those emails and publishing them, we’re going to take your side?

Could have faked the PAT kick and let him do it again. Get him 8 points.

Anecdotally, I feel like the NBA is far more keen on rescinding techincals number 15 and 16 than the first. That said, that was fugazi and Embiid should be fined and the Pistons should play the Sixers again tomorrow.

Did/will the technical foul get rescinded? Because if it was a flop (it was) why should that count against his season total when 16 will result in an automatic suspension?

Progress? Those marathon 5th sets are the best thing in tennis.

Calling him a color commentator seems pretty racist Tom.

I was just saying that if someone has been proven to lie (especially about things she didn’t have to) then they obviously have less credibility in other matters....

You aren't an intelligent person.

I 100% believe Keith hernandez is the type of guy that would hire a lawyer who is the type of guy (you know it was a male lawyer) who would hire an investigator that would hire someone to try to break into the ex’s bank account to find out what was in there

The probable cause was the arresting officer’s comparison of Julia’s voice to the recorded voice.

Of course, voice comparison is not a science and both Kai and the arresting office could have been wrong. But it’s the only evidence there is, and someone who was not being paid by either Kai or Julia thought the voice

And I, how much leftists love anti-Semitism.

How do you get that? Julia was arrested on probable cause. Kai Hernandez was ill and—like many other people—chose to settle rather than take something to court. Julia’s guilt or innocence was never established in court (and most of us are not naive enough to think a court verdict is a slamdunk of anything).

Is there a liberal version of InfoWars where you go for your conspiracy theory talking points?

The very existence of an article uncovering that a candidate was arrested for trying to hack into the bank account of a family friend proves that the publishing outlet is biased? You’re as delusional as you are ignorant.

Tough to litigate while you’re dying of cancer. And no reason to, when your insurance will pay out for you:

The Tablet story makes clear that the charges weren’t dropped because Kai’s story didn’t check out, but rather because the state AG had other priorities than a 19-year old’s failed attempt at bank fraud.

According to the arresting officer, the DA declined to press charges, both because (1) Salazar didn’t actually steal anything, and (2) there was no evidence, other than the “voice ID,” so this wasn’t a priority case. Plus, Salazar was a 19-year old kid studying at Columbia, not some hardened criminal. There’s

This is beneath Deadspin. Tablet doesn’t “have it out” for Salazar by reporting her lies any more than the New York Times “has it out” for Trump by publishing the anonymous op-ed. Tablet’s a good, nonpartisan publication, that did some very important reporting by uncovering that, among other things, Salazar openly
