I did one, based off a Groupon (like everything I do on a one-off basis). It was pretty fun, but you do it for the experience for sure. Otherwise, I have to think of this as a $75 beautiful blown glass cocktail glass with no mate. Which is sad.

So far I’ve just been spending a lot of time in the evening cooking new stuff so I don’t feel cheated. I made the best coconut red curry last night with chicken, snow peas, carrots and broccoli. If I have tasty alternatives, I can take my mind off bread and flour tortillas for a while. ;)

I don’t know. There’s a lot of delicious non-meat options out there (more than back in the day). I think quite a few people I know (myself included) would opt for them if we had to kill our own food. Not saying (at all) that everyone would do it, but I think a decent amount would. Hunters will still hunt, but…
