80% humidity is a moist excuse. Atlanta Dragway regularly sees 90+% and nobody uses it as an excuse

No whale penis seats, no care.

In the S2000, the heater will burn your legs off. I swap the studded tires on, put the top down, strap my snowboard in the passenger seat, and fucking live.

This should be COTD. Bravo sir or madam!

I’ve never driven one non-VANOS. I wasn’t aware it made that much of a difference!

Why don’t you just make notch 7 faster?

Really? My 540iT auto with the M62 can barely keep traction off idle without summer rubber!

Daaayyum!

How do we deal with the hypermilers clogging up the apexes?

This Andrew Jones designed sub is supposed to be pretty much unbeatable at the price point.

I love to member the 6c!

Is that a Datsun truck with Dodge Sierra Wagon rear quarters and tailgate? Fucking superb!

Score the clamp, either with a blade or a hot knife. They pop right off!

Agreed, but we would need to buy one of these trucks or have a customer come in every XXX miles in order to gather the data to validate it in real world conditions. Engineers-we do the best we can with what management lets us get away with ;)

In a cryogenically cooled chamber, with impulse and vibration from minimum temperature sweeping to maximum and back. Usually, the rubber in the hoses will blister or the actual metal fittings on the test stand will crack before these shrink clamps.

I’m in Denver, at the supplier. We don’t make the plastic parts, just the hose and clamps. From what I know, their main application for these are on rental fleets. I don’t think any of the standard/custom trucks currently use these.

What a family. Her husband drives this:

We do all those hoses on that machine as well as “those little plastic pieces of shit” known as PowerGrip SB clamps. They do not break off, and they do not leak either. In fact, they seal better than worm gear clamps could ever hope to! Now, if there are problems with plastic necks or couplers, well, that’s on
