Yep. But at that time (not sure if it’s the same now), there was no definitive test to prove it without surgery. I had had a couple of D&Cs which was, again, standard procedure for the time, but was absolutely useless since the tissue was also attaching itself to the outside of the uterus, fallopian tubes, etc.
