Ain’t no good guys.

I totally get where Briscoe is coming from.

Hard fucking LOL.

Well put.

Yep, raising awareness is super important.

Probably, which really sucks. I think there’s a happy medium between Chaos Theory and Blacklist for Splinter Cell but I’m not hopeful.

Fuck this. Motherhood is bewildering? Yeah, I’ll bet it is, but throwing money at the problem so your little Chad or Becky get to fail their way to the top is bullshit. Especially when other people have faced hardship to earn those spots.

I didn’t pick up The Division precisely because I didn’t like the way Ubisoft abstracted weapons and gear to make the game an RPG. Doing something like that isn’t necessarily bad, but my ability to enjoy titles like Ghost Recon, Rainbow Six, and Splinter Cell hinges on designing mechanics around the version of realism

I generally agree, but the words curate, existential, meta, and penultimate have specific and even technical meanings that cut down on the amount of words you need to use. Clarity, brevity, wit, and all that.

Today, I saw a pickup (because obviously) with one of those blue line american flag stickers on it that said, “I don’t kneel”. The irony and stupidity of it made me dizzy.

Eric is like his dad. The worst thing someone can be is disloyal, and he sees this as baiting people under him to be disloyal.

Increased labor costs, as in fairer wages. Heightened regulations, as in worker rights.

Same thing with “PC.”

Lulz at “censorship.” This is the free market. You’re welcome to make a game with slurs and sophomoric jokes. You’re also very welcome to not “cave to the SJWs.” What you are NOT, is entitled to a publisher or an audience.

Haha! Fucking flawless.

Yep, people who say shit like this are NOT trying to “understand ... social justice stuff.” They’re just mad they can’t be fucking awful with impunity anymore.

Shit. You can’t have an author use the term Latinx without people derailing the topic.

The internet has certainly enabled bad practices. I have so much media at my fingertips that it easily fills the void that my chemistry is creating for my own good. My brain is telling me to meet people but it’s also telling me that meeting people is like being stalked by a tiger.

The simplest (and stupidest) answer is usually the right one.

I was wondering why that guy was being so inanely flippant.
