I spent the weekend at Lollapalooza and saw a bevy of amazing bands. The main reason I went though was to see Arcade Fire and boy did they exceed my expectations. What an unbelievably great set. Instantly one of my favorite shows I've ever seen, if not my favorite.

I get that every so often with these, but turning on/off bluetooth on my phone and restarting the headphones fixes them right up. I literally can walk across the room with these and they maintain conmection though.

I consider myself more with it than most and I don't understand the hate. They are so god damn consistant. I'm also really mad I missed this show. I had a ticket in my cart and the metro ticket link wouldn't let me check out.

Seriously, get a decent pair of bluetooth headphones. Buying powerbeats is one of the best investments I've ever made. Not having to worry about a cord while working out is so freeing and they work amazingly.

I'm finishing up the weekend with the last of three days at the Pitchfork Music Festival today. Over the last two days, I've seen LCD Soundsystem and A Tribe Called Quest put on two of the best shows I've been a part of. Hoping to finish it out strong with Avalanches and Hamilton Leithauser, but other than that

I think I'm addicted to Priests's Nothing Feels Natural, and I'm beyond excited to see them play Pitchfork tomorrow. Day 1 alone features Priests, Vince Staples, Danny Brown, Frankie Cosmos, Dirty Projectors, and LCD Soundsystem, which more than makes the price of admission worth it. The rest of the weekend is just

Today I listened to Hug of Thunder and Melodrama (finally). I was writing a paper at the same time, so I didn't absorb as much of them as I would have liked. I loved what I heard though from both. Next weekend is Pitchfork fest, so this week will be spent listening to a bunch of acts (Priests, LCD Soundsystem, ATCQ,

I often feel the same way about I4H.

Once again, a peformer I like is playing a show in the middle of the week roughly 3-4 hrs away from where I live.

Got a Scrubs reference? Here's an upvote.

The Suburbs will always be my go to Arcade Fire album because it was my gateway into indie rock during my freshman year of college, but I could make an arguement that any of those three are near perfect albums in my mind.

Lots of Phoenix, new and old. I'm not sure if Barnes and Noble just didn't care or what, but they let me pick up my pre-order of Ti Amo a day before its release.

I was just getting ready to type this. 8 is severely underrated and is a pretty consistant season, and 9 is fairly enjoyable as well once you get past the change of scenery and the lack of some familiar faces.

Teens of Denial by Car Seat Headrest and the new Radiohead album still occupy my top two spots for new albums and I don't see that changing any time soon.

That's what else I had seen him in! I was racking my brain trying to figure that out.

An acceptable answer also would have been Geoff Johns's run in the comincs so you could truly understand how much they screwed it up

I believe so, but like I said, I recently just started really paying attention and finally grasping it this past week. This past weekend though, all the gods were available for free.

I'm usually not one for MOBA's, but one of my friends is really trying to get me into SMITE on xbox one. Its an enjoyable game, and now that I'm starting to get the hang of how to build certain characters, I find myself getting into it way more than when I last tried to play it. I probably won't last very long with

By first, do you mean A New Hope or Phantom Menace? Because Phantom Menace should be no one's introduction to Star Wars.

I like a lot of his stuff, but his Avengers movies are beyond overrated.
