it is not.

Isn't that the definition of freedom? You own your body?

Yea sure but the law has to allow the woman the option. Society doesn't have a say.

Who wouldn't have an emotional reaction to something being removed from their body? I think you're thinking too small.

Abortions and guns. I mean, Jesus Christ. You guys can't even separate belief from the real world?

And after all this real world discussion it devolves into guns. This is the point where rational people sign out.

Not obtuse, just ignorant.

who are you talking to? Troll alert.

and by "practical action" i meant that if they truly believe the government is actively allowing the MURDER of CHILDREN, maybe regulating the dimensions of hallways in clinics isn't the most…immediate response.

yeah, I absolutely agree there are many reasons to oppose or dislike legal abortion, but the vast majority of those in, and especiallythe founders of the pro life movement in america, are and were conservative christians and catholics, who oppose it on moral grounds.

oh, it's an incredibly effective method of change. my point was it shows that they're lying when they say they believe abortion is in any way equivalent to the holocaust.

this entire debate comes down, as these things almost always do, to religion. you can't change the mind of someone who believes that life is a sacred gift from god. you just can't. belief is a powerful drug. the weird thing is for all their "modern holocaust" talk, there's not much practical action. just slow,

Wow, that is totally up my alley. Thanks, dude! Have you heard of grouper? I saw her open for animal collective awhile ago and ita great. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/…

It was heavily implicated that he was sent.

And when she spits up the jargon and claims it as her own…

As someone who escaped a cult, I'd say the writers got it right, for the most part. They didn't lean heavily enough into what it does to children, but the show isn't about the kids, really. The scenes between Eddie and his wife are really on point. When he asks her if she believes the bullshit….that's the show.
