Give me a break. Zero tesla defenders on this thread, but you have multiple posts about stans on this thread. If not sure tesla fans post here at all. The closest we seem to get is "elon sucks but everyone's ev is compared to tesla," which, fair.

Every time there’s a post that’s critical of Tesla, there’s always a post like yours. “Here come the weird nerds,” it smugly says, or it posts that Simpsons cartoon for the billionth time.

That “kool-aid” comment was just dumb. Person buys car, person likes car—that person must be deluded because my opinion about their experience is better than their own opinion. Of course, I know nothing about their experience but that doesn’t matter because I talked to a totally different guy that had a totally

“-No physical controls for convenience functions.

Careful, pointing stuff out like that either gets you nuked or a comment section all together nuked Deadspin style.

Man, 4 articles in an hour? You guys are really pushing the Jason/David story down aren’t ya.

  • No physical controls for convenience functions.

Jason, I know you and David are touched by this outpouring of affection and you two deserve it. I’ve already become an Autotopian and from the number of comments since I joined I will say you won’t be alone.

To the owner and editors - read these comments. Then re-read these comments and commit them to memory. It will

This seems like a suspiciously easy nice price. What’s the catch?

I can’t remember the last time I heard such a clear, true and honest assessment. You may not get all the stars, however, holy crap do I commend you.

Like most of us gearheads, (gosh darn, Tesla only have one, ha) Still I respect what they have achieved. Not specially Elon, all the passionate staff at Tesla that I can

lmao. Musk is on the wrong side of history in many ways but this isn’t one of them. I would say Musk is justifiably miffed that his company, which is essentially the sole reason for this massive shift to EVs, is left out of the conversation.

Schnac, buddy, we can all see the article, and we can see how much you have to stretch to justify acting like a wittle baby

The powers that be at Jalopnik ran the analytics and found that anti-Tesla/Musk articles drive clicks.

I also find it amusing how there are always 10x “cue the Elon cult” comments to 1 actual Elon stan.

Elon Musk: “Thanks this made a difference”

It goes both ways (no pun intended).

I think this is a terrible idea. There’s been a serious urban/rural divide here for decades that has been widening very quickly over the last year or so. The PM needs to at least make a token attempt to reason with the protest organizers. All he’s done so far is hide, call them names, hide again, and leave the Ottawa

So it’s not “Defund the police!!” suddenly? What happened to that? What about “ACAB!”, and “All police are fascists!!”, “How dare Trump send the storm troopers in!!”, “It’s illegal for police to use unmarked vehicles and arrest people!”?

The point wasn’t about the invite though, just the points Biden made about GM and Ford being leaders in US-made EV when they were not. Perhaps Biden didn’t write those comments himself, but it just shows ignorance of the EV market.

Yeah this is a bad article. I generally defend the writers here, but this one is rough.
