That's a track off of Feed the Animals by Girl Talk. It was one of the best reviewed albums of 2008. It's pretty incredible the way he was able to blend hundreds of tracks together into a coherent whole, and it's one of my favorite albums of all time, but I can understand why someone would think it's grating.
