I think Luke meant that this Iron Man was ACTUALLY made of iron. As in, he's a robot so he's made of iron. Not referencing the suit specifically.

"SNES/Genesis games have aged much better than N64/playstation games." I think of it this way: the N64 and Playstation were effectively 1st generation consoles as far as graphics go. The SNES and Genesis, on the other hand, were more like 3rd-generation. Pixel graphics had evolved from the Atari days, to NES, on up to

That's a track off of Feed the Animals by Girl Talk. It was one of the best reviewed albums of 2008. It's pretty incredible the way he was able to blend hundreds of tracks together into a coherent whole, and it's one of my favorite albums of all time, but I can understand why someone would think it's grating.

Same here! I've been hearing "sness" a lot recently. We always called them the "N.E.S" and the "Super N.E.S." I think that's what they used to say in commercials back then. "sness" just sounds gross to me, like a bodily fluid.

MAD MAZE! Wow! I've been looking for this game. Prodigy was my first experience with the internet, too, in the 3rd grade, and all I did with it was play Mad Maze. I'm so glad someone else remembers this. I thought I had imagined it or something.

Well, that doesn't really work if someone is trying to decide whether or not they even WANT to buy the game. $60 isn't chump change. I like to wait and see what people have to say about a game before potentially wasting my money. Some games I know I'm going to buy. It's a series or genre I like already, or it's from a

I don't know! The childishness of "a-holes" juxtaposed against the epic space shenanigans made it way funnier to me. Like, this is a hard-boiled space cop and he couldn't even say "ass."

That was cool, but I'm gonna be "that guy" and say Come on! Did that guy JUST get his powers? If he was born with em, I assume he'd have learned to control the amount of pressure he exerts on things so as not to break them.

The game is kind of a bait and switch. You THINK it's just a platformer with a neat 2d/3d mechanic, but that isn't the actual game. At all. You reach a certain point where you can't seem to find any more cubes, even though you're looking everywhere. Where are they? The rest of the cubes are hidden in the ACTUAL game,

It sounds like you 20%-ed the game. Fez was nothing if not groundbreaking, you just had to actually play through it.

I always thought it would be interesting to map Superman's punches to the L&R triggers, where the strength of his attacks were dependent upon the amount of pressure placed on them. You would have to be reeeeeally careful not to kill anyone, or topple a building, or whatever. This would allow for you to defeat "normal"

That gibberish question... you...can...take...half...sven? I'm usually pretty good at those but I can't figure it out.

It's just for a laugh. Jimmy Fallon loves re-purposing old pop-culture in a new, weird way. It wouldn't be as effective if she sang it straight.

These are the least hipster-looking people I've ever seen. That term has apparently lost all meaning if "nice, casual clothes and glasses" somehow equals "hipster."

I was introduced to the series when II came out (the one this story features.) I still think it might be the best one, but it might seem dated now if you can't handle older graphics. Otherwise, they're all really good (and addictive), with their own good bits and bad.

Yup! You can name your cities, rulers, and whole civilizations anything you want. Beyond that, there's a whole mess of totally supported player-created mods that change everything down to the individual units' sprites. The terrain is also randomly generated, with a host of customization options like continents or

Let it sit at the white screen a while. That's actually the "loading screen." It took me quite a while of staring at it before the game finally loaded the first time.

Nah, this guy's not lying, he got pranked by his staff. He probably started telling them all how he saw a UFO, and they thought they'd have some fun with him. /buzz killington

@MegaX50 You're thinking of Xzibit, not Ludacris.
