In some states they’ve mandated that these centers proclaim via signage that they are NOT an abortion provider, and do not provide medical services.  This is the case in WA I know for sure.

And who is going to make that illegal? The right wingers controlling state and federal legislatures? You’re right, but sadly unless you live in a few select states, there is no possible way to enact it.

It really seems like there should be something illegal about pretending to be a medical clinic and lying about healthcare. I realize that these are just zealots cosplaying as medical professionals, but there are people who take them seriously as sources of information.
