I have a hyphenated double first name and end up being called the first half of my name very frequently. I guess people don’t get the double name thing?? It’s not complicated, but even after multiple corrections, people still don’t get it right. My mom still loves it, though.

There’s a Grand Canyon of Yellowstone and the Grand Canyon in Arizona. Confusingly named, but they are two different places. Plenty of people fall into both canyons though.
