Her mom isn't with her anymore. She got brought back due to bonnie's consequences for bringing Jeremy back from the dead. She's probably in some state of limbo where no one can see/hear her except for Jeremy (at times).

I am all for Anna over bonnie. I find Jeremy/bonnie are so bland together. Anna/Jeremy was my favorite relationship on TVD so far. Thy have chemistry.  I really hope she doesn't turn out to be evil (though a part of me loves drama). I hate that Jeremy shut her out though, but I guess it's a good way to build up…

That would be interesting but remember that Emily called whomever was the "corpse". Whomever was the corpse must know Emily personally. That's what kind of throws me off the loop on who got killed. I do not think it was Daniel (because that is too obvious), but who else could she be calling?
